You might have lost your way, be stuck in overwhelm, struggling to cope day to day, battling in your relationship or don't know which way to turn on anything. Personalised help and support is available. Sessions can be online, in person or through Voxer and can be booked ad hoc or in blocks.

I am also researching and writing a book covering the topics we all struggle with and would love to hear some of your experiences.  

Mamas Talk

As well as the private facebook group (see below) we hold weekly group sessions that cover issues that the members decide they want to learn more about, understand how to cope with better, discuss with each other or gain a new persective about.​

Themes might include topics such as anxiety, depression, stress, hypervigilance, grief, self help, trauma.  They are professionally led, but open up for discussion.

Private Facebook Group

Mamas In This Together has a private Facebook group set up, and run, by parents who are also looking after children with onging physical, mental and emotional health conditions.  We are here to support, encourage, motivate and help YOU cope - because if YOU'RE stronger, then they'll be stronger too.
